Welcome to Gearz! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gearz mobile application and services. By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Gearz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app or have legal consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Services Provided

Gearz is a platform connecting users (car owners) and shop owners (garages, service centers). Users can search for car-related services based on their vehicle details, and shop owners can promote their services on the platform.

3. Account Registration

Users: To access the app’s features, you must create an account by providing accurate personal details and car information.

Shop Owners: To list services, you must create a business account and provide accurate business details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the app to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

  • Use the app in a way that harms or disrupts our services, systems, or other users.

5. Subscription and Payments

Shop Owners: By subscribing to our plans, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined in the app. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Users: You may be required to make payments for services offered by shop owners via their payment options available. We are not responsible for any disputes between you and the shop owners regarding payments or services rendered.

6. Listing and Promoting Services

Shop owners are responsible for ensuring that all listed services, offers, and business information are accurate. Gearz reserves the right to remove or modify any listings that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Gearz does not guarantee the availability or quality of services provided by shop owners. The transactions between users and shop owners are independent, and Gearz is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from these transactions. Gearz does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gearz and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Gearz are owned by Gearz FZE. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of any significant changes through an update or in-app notification. Continuing to use the app after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
