Despite offering high-quality care, the clinic had little to no engagement on social media. Their visuals lacked consistency, their messaging wasn’t aligned with their brand positioning, and they weren’t reaching the right audience.
Solution
We implemented a content strategy that blended education, promotion, and personality. We redesigned their feed with a clean, dental-appropriate aesthetic and introduced curated post types—from treatment explainers to patient testimonials and interactive stories. Over the first three months, engagement increased significantly, and the clinic saw a steady rise in appointment bookings directly through social channels.
